Observe alerts and monitors for key clients. Monitors can be a collection of server resource utilization statistics, database queries, and customized application thresholds settings. Notify other internal teams application, infrastructure and client delivery teams, when issues occur, and escalate them to leadership when needed. Lead critical system incident calls documenting the actions taken and the results Identify new monitors so that monitoring system continues to improve and system up time increases.
+ Basic qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience of help desk or support
Preferred Skill Requirements
- Powershell scripting knowledge
- Microsoft SQL Server or query based language
- Mortgage origination experience preferred
- Programming experience
- Problem solver with robust investigation skills
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Self starter with proven ability to work independently and within a highly technical team
- Good communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills
- High energy, personable, a sense of urgency and can do attitude
