The Work:

Oracle ERP Cloud subject matter expert

• Expertise across functional areas in finance and supply chain
• 3+ years of delivery experience in Oracle ERP Cloud for broad set of clients from small to large enterprises
• Knowledge and awareness of technology, architecture and RICE for Oracle cloud implementations
• Be able to define approaches, schedules/timeline for implementation, build estimates and define staffing plan
• Be able to present the solution to team and leadership with confidence and clarity
• Define risks and document assumptions
• Provide solution writeup in crisp and concise manner
• Expertise in Client management and discussion

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any computer related discipline
• 15+ years in IT industry primarily in Oracle ERP
• 3+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation
• Expert in presentation skills and managing client workshops
• Knowledge/awareness of the new innovations/developments in the industry - IoT/RPA/Blockchain
• Leadership skills, leading and managing solutions, reviews and fire-drills/escalations
• Experience working in onshore offshore model in a complex matrix organization
• Aspiring, self-motivated individual and a good team player

Bonus points if:

• Knowledge of industry trends, solutions, technologies in the individual's chosen area
• Experienced in solutioning deals involving System Integration and Application Outsourcing
• Experience in Leading large transformation deals or medium to large scale automation projects.
• Experience in statistical tools, RPA and related projects in RPA, Project Management and Demonstrated strong understanding of Process modeling tools and concepts.
• Broad financial knowledge for budgeting, profit plan obtainment.
