Key Responsibilities for SAs, SSAs, LSAs may include:

• Integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems
• Architect, design, and develop advanced Pega enterprise applications
• Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)
• Optimize solutions by performing detailed technical designs and code and design reviews
• Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
• Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
• Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices
• Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Pega development/architecture experience
• Minimum of 3 years total of hands-on technical experience in design, development, architecture, solutioning
• Minimum of 2 years of Agile project experience
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect)
• Consulting or client service delivery experience
• Multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
• Management of technical development teams
• Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
