The work:
• Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
• Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Set up, document and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Gain the trust of your client, team mates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
• Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs
• For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

The As a Service Delivery Lead will be familiar with subscription/recurring revenue-based business imperatives and understand how to position and architect front office technology transformations leveraging Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle CPQ Cloud and Oracle Service/Field Service capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring and growing a team of resources across these functional areas across a portfolio of related projects. The candidate will be an expert in mapping business operating models with technology enablers, recommending best practices, proposing relevant business processes, user experience and navigating change enablement

Key Responsibilities
•Manage As a Service workshops to help clients create relevant As a Service road-maps that address key priorities.
•Run projects and portfolios implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud, Subscription Management and/or Service to further enable Aas Imperatives.
•Support Aas pipeline with industry knowledge.
•Support solutioning efforts with the ability to effectively estimate and create proposals

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
• Minimum 8-12 years experience in Lead to Cash and/or broader Sales and Service Transformations
• Minimum 5+ years experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud/BigMachines
• Minimum 1 project with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
• Other subscription management experiences (Zuora, SFDC, SAP) will also be valued.
• Experience with End to End Quote to Cash transformations

Nice to have:
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.
• Ability to manage teams and processes globally.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask.

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $125,000 - $235,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
