About the Role:
The Change and Engagement resource will be responsible for working across organizations to engage, develop, and distribute all communication and change requirements. This includes working across towers and closely with Service Directors and peers to draft and approve large scale communications, create and manage communication strategies, videos, media and marketing strategies, change adoption, stakeholder engagements, trainings, and plans and processes for global infrastructure related change.
