Role description

Accenture's marketing and communications strategy is content led, issues based and digitally enabled. The Associate Manager, North America Campaigns, working with the North America Financial Services Marketing Lead and the rest of the marketing team, will help to plan, develop, execute, manage, optimize and track campaigns. Programs will include direct client outreach, digital and social marketing, relationship building, events and client-specific marketing.

Key objectives

  • Differentiate Accenture's capabilities from competitors and create a preference for Accenture in North American Financial Services markets
  • Bring innovative client engagement programs to market, leveraging digital and traditional channels
  • Build a consistent, holistic and integrated client experience

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement and manage targeted marketing programs, in collaboration with our Financial Services and North America marketing and business leadership
  • Execute and manage digital and social marketing programs using digital marketing best practices and Accenture's digital channel tools
  • Develop metrics and insights-driven reports to assess and monitor performance against marketing objectives and budget
