The Network Operations Senior Analyst accountable for execution of specific areas of responsibility/deliverables with minimal supervision. Serve as a functional expert for a program or a defined set of programs. Ensure configurations meet customer expectations as well as industry and product standards. Responsible for accurate back office system data record management. Support customer activations and be responsible for configuration adjustments as required for management acceptance testing.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

Under moderate supervision, the Network Engineer is responsible for operational support of Data Voice Security related infrastructure devices. Will also assist with Customer Request Management relating to infrastructure devices such as Firewalls, VPNs, Routers, Switches, PacketShapers, and Load Balancers.

+ Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cisco router and switch configuration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in routing and routed protocols, for example IP, OSPF, EIGRP Knowledge of carrier networks and data communication technology, such as MPLS PPP, Frame Relay , IP VPN, PTP, ISP.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IPSec VPN based technologies
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabling and wiring infrastructure
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in power and cooling provisioning for network equipment IPv4 subnetting and administration Network documentation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational troubleshooting in a production environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing multiple projects.
