The Technology Consulting Senior Manager advises upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself

The candidate will be a Senior Manager within the Banking Credit Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry. Large wholesale lenders are investing heavily in upgrades to their origination technology platforms to enhance straight-through processing, client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership. Accenture is growing our practice to help these lenders navigate their transformational journeys.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Manager will include:

  • Develop world-class solutions for Wholesale credit institutions.
  • Define clients' business and technology strategy.
  • Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms, e.g. Salesforce.com, nCino, AFS, Misys
  • Deliver Wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).
  • Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
  • Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.
  • Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.

Skills include:

  • Industry experience within business, commercial, or large corporate lending segments.
  • Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Wholesale credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.
  • Successful track record of leading complex technology consulting engagements across the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or nCino is preferred.
  • WIllingness to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday).
