Middleware & Azure Infrastructure Technical Specialist

The Middleware & Azure Infrastructure Technical Support Associate Manager (Level 8) is responsible for coordinating and/or performing day-to-day technical tasks and team leadership tasks for a project and is responsible for one complex client or multiple clients where complexity is based on the relationship with the client and/or the scope of services provided. Duties may span all Practice Areas involved (i.e., Design/Build/Run, Operations Architecture, System Administration, and other technical frameworks, etc.). The Infrastructure Technical Support Associate Manager will also serve as subject matter expert for the team and complex cloud environments. The Infrastructure Technical Support Associate Manager will be an experienced member of the technology team who will be responsible for providing support for the technical infrastructure of the middleware solution across all production stacks and providing insight and recommendations to the project leadership. This individual will have leadership responsibilities. This position provides guidance for entry level support persons and requires interaction with both other Accenture teams, off shore support teams and client teams. This individual may have opportunities to lead project work as well as other general leadership opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in production architecture environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in any of the Middleware related tools and application servers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure
o Experience in Infrastructure and Operations along with experience in cloud network infrastructure in Azure.
o Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, PaaS, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers and Infra as a code technologies).
o Experience with technical infrastructure design methodologies and datacenter architectures and automation
o Experience building a cloud governance plan, setting best cloud practices and procedures.
o Strong background in enterprise & technical architecture design

o webMethods Integration Server
o Oracle SOA Server & Services
• Innovative problem solving, design and testing skills

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is
