You Are:
A Strategy Consulting maestro who knows everything there is to know about mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and has leadership and management skills to spare. Your expertise Leading the building of organizational growth strategies through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances to help clients enter new markets and take advantage of scale in existing ones. You have energy and drive in abundance, along with personal resilience, a passion for serving clients, and a love of continual learning. You have a flair for breaking down processes into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analyses-an aptitude you use to annihilate problems. Communication and people skills You're rich in both, and you're ready to hit the ground running in a team setting where you're a natural at appreciating diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in people.

The Work:
  • Lead project delivery to give clients the M&A support they need for their deals, including M&A strategy, target screening, due diligence, transaction management, merger and synergy planning, carve-outs, and divestitures.
  • Be the lead advisor to your clients through their M&A journey, partnering capably and confidently with C-level leaders of Fortune 500 and FTSE companies.
  • Run teams and hold them to the highest standards of meticulous, strategic, and insightful analysis as they solve complex business problems for prestigious organizations. Use this analysis to spot, validate, and present opportunities to create value for clients through M&A.
  • Build trust with stakeholders, both internal and external, by honoring your commitments within timelines and standards of excellence.
  • Lead by example and run effective efforts to develop our people.
  • Fortify Accenture's M&A Strategy practice by pinpointing and running business development pursuits.
  • Burnish your reputation as a thought leader in M&A by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external.
  • Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes
  • Travel - For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the consulting industry or equivalent in an internal consulting role
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in at least one stage of the merger and acquisition life cycle (with either specific delivery pre- or post-merger activity)
  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with 3-5 years of prior experience in driving insights using statistics or data analysis
  • A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points if:
  • You have experience interacting with all parties (such as bankers, lawyers, and other third-party advisors) in a deal setting
  • You know your way around pre-deal M&A activities and you know how to interact with the management team of a potential target and have experience in the High Tech/Tech industry.
  • You're no newbie to financial analysis and reporting, market analysis, and gathering competitive intelligence, especially around M&A activity
  • You've got experience spotting opportunities for divestitures and acquisitions or alliances to strengthen a firm's portfolio and capabilities
  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is

$217,500 - $235,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
