Job Description :
Accenture LLP seeks a Manager in Bloomington, IL to coordinate project execution and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. S/he will perform the following duties: develop, create and modify computer software programs such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, or Agile Games for Insurance, Banking, and/or Mutual Fund; develop project plans, objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing; analyze and track project milestones and deliverables; collaborate with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; develop work breakdown structure (WBS) and run the project as scrum master; submit project deliverables; prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; establish and execute a project communication plan; assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel; and review automation scripts created for application testing.

Basic Qualifications :
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in IT, including the following professional experience: 5 years utilizing Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, or possess scrum master certification; 5 years developing software domains in Insurance, Banking and Mutual Fund; 5 years programming or managing programming teams and coordinating task distribution in computer software development projects; 5 years estimating time, resources and budget required to perform the software testing.
