Job Description:

Accenture LLP seeks Management Consulting Managers in New York, NY to oversee design and implementation of Customer Experience solutions. S/he will perform the following duties: solve key business problems and challenges by enabling Customer Experience transformation and charting journeys from current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment; orchestrate assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities in the current state of our client; help develop/expand Customer Experience consulting portfolio via thought leadership and opportunity identification; oversee business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients; build and apply technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to clients; develop, utilize, and share skills as consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance; oversee customer experience led business transformation of the marketing capability; advise clients on the design of the future operating model and technology roadmap for their marketing and sales functions. This position requires domestic travel approximately 10% of an average work week.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in Management Consulting or related positions, including the following professional experience: 3 years analyzing business challenges/trends, identifying performance improvement opportunities, and designing technology roadmaps within Sales, Marketing, and Design Thinking functional domains; 5 years overseeing consulting projects, including tracking deliverables and budget, using Agile methodology; 5 years developing stakeholder engagement plans and maintaining communication with client executives; and 3 years developing recommendations/plans within Customer Experience transformation including implementing eCommerce capabilities, improving consumer engagement via Digital Marketing, and analyzing data to understand Customer needs.
