Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
The Leadership Events and Operations lead sits within the Office of the Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer (OCL&HRO) and works on initiatives and projects which support the requirements of the CL&HRO across a variety of areas. This person will specifically manage activities that support the smooth operation of the office with focus on activities supporting global leadership meetings in addition to driving other initiatives as needed. The person in this role needs to be agile to address priorities as they arise, be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong program management skills, be detail oriented and work collaboratively with people inside and outside the OCL&HRO. This role will report to the Office Operations Lead and will work closely with the Chief of Staff and all members of the Office.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Work with office of the CEO, Marketing and Meetings and Events team to ensure smooth meeting operations for live and virtual executive leadership meetings including but not limited to:
- Program managing all in-scope activities leading up to and during meetings.
- Work with events team on venue sourcing, menu planning, budget, and other logistics and gain necessary approvals
- Material management and posting for accessibility by participants
- On site meeting support
- Manage roster and executive leadership onboarding and offboarding activities as needed to participate in executive meetings
- Manage HR and other external meeting planning activities as needed
- Other special projects and operations activities in support of Office of the CL&HRO, as needed

Qualifications
Must have:
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Strong C-Suite stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Executive Leadership stakeholder management skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail to manage a lot of information
• Preferred: Global Work Experience.
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $113,400 -$171,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
