Job Description:

This role sits in Global Learning and Leadership Development and reports to Global Director of Leadership Development for Accenture

GOAL

  • Frame and Elevate Accenture's point of view on Leading in the Digital Age
  • Build the best of the research in Adult Development, Neuroscience, Human potential studies and make it practical at scale at Accenture
  • Consult on leadership development strategies and programs at a global level and also work closely with Accenture's 5 global businesses YOUR KEY SKILLS

    Create the Leadership Development Strategy for the Digital age. Make bold departures from traditional and more horizontal development approaches, and bring in vertical approaches to development Partner with Business, Geographic leadership, HR Leadership, and to bring these approaches to life in global and customized local programs Be entrepreneurial in running experiments with various groups and creating a path to scaling fast

    Bring in rigor into impact assessment of leadership development efforts Be a passionate advocate for new and more current approaches to Leadership Development and collaborate with various teams to implement them

    Continually tap into external trends and research and though leadership on Leadership development and create internal approaches and points of view

    Mentor a large community of Leadership Development practitioners internally and elevate their understanding of Leadership Development in the NEW

    Bring a lot of purpose and passion into Leadership Development and make our leadership development strategies and programs truly transformational

    + Basic qualifications
    Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (a Master's in Org behavior or HR is a plus) - Minimum of 10 years of HR or HR Consulting experience
    - Minimum of 3 years in Leadership Development

    Professional Qualifications:

    - Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

    - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
