Job Description:
Our iOS Development Leads are experienced engineers who thrive on bringing mobile projects to life with clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Your guidance and input drives architecture and functionality decisions. Opportunities beyond direct execution abound as well, from providing mentorship to junior engineers to helping to expand our vibrant craft-focused culture. This role invites seasoned engineers to exercise their deep expertise to meaningfully change the world (one app at a time).
The work:
- Partner closely with clients to define their mobility requirements and understand client success metrics
- Create and deliver mobile solutions that meet client's needs while maintaining a keen eye on world-class user experiences
- Work closely on a cross functional team with other roles such as Project Managers, Designers, QA, etc.
- Lead mobile projects from concept to implementation, including weighing in on key architectural decisions
- Leverage experience developing software and managing teams of developers to execute on mobile development projects of various sizes
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members or act as a subject matter expert (SME) in particular technologies
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM SDLC

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 1+ years in iOS development
- 3+ years in software development in a team environment
- 1+ years of experience as a lead developer or team lead
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- Expertise in Swift
- Experience in RxSwift, MVVM architecture, Bluetooth
- Demonstrated track record of growing/mentoring team members
- Strong knowledge of Objective C, iOS SDK, Xcode, Cocoa Touch, and UIKit
- Hands on experience developing production-ready apps on iPhone, iPad, iOS
