Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Asset Lifecycle Management in an industrial environment, preferably in a hyper-scaled Data Center environment
- 5+ years of experience in Process Reengineering, Business Process Integration and Change Management
- 3+ years' experience in designing and deploying asset management platforms for large scale clients in Data Center, Manufacturing, Utilities or Resources industries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing large systems implementation projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with EAM technologies including IBM Mossimo, SAP IAM, Infor EAM or similar
- 3+ years' experience with Data Centre Infrastructure Management
- 3+ years' experience in site reliability engineering

Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
