Architect and deliver consulting solutions and services and provide sales support within a clearly defined area of industry expertise that is supported by the business. The role holder adds credibility to Accenture's reputation during the sales process and deep expertise through delivery phase. In addition, the role holder will contribute to and lead asset/offering development and thought leadership activities.

Play a wide variety of roles related to delivery and sales, shaping solutions for clients and maintaining and growing industry as their center of gravity. Analyze and design new business processes. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective. Improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project activities. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.

Duties include:
  • Provide leadership for all resources within a specific workstream including client, vendor, consultants and associates
  • Determine and implement appropriate change management processes for the project
  • Drive risk management activities and processes
  • Overall responsibility for the creation and ongoing management of the project schedule
  • Perform stakeholder identification, management and communication activities
  • Perform scope identification, decomposition and verification activities
  • Ensure appropriate quality processes are in place and being followed
  • Monitor and control the project budget including services and expenses
  • Overall responsibility for effective communication processes, meetings and activities within the project
  • Act as escalation point for issues that arise from workstreams
  • Provide feedback to management regarding employee performance
  • Proactively coach project resources to increase their effectiveness
  • Demonstrate business and political savvy when interacting with client organizations
  • Ensure the scope of the project is documented and understood by all stakeholders
  • Proactively control costs and expenses within the project and determine ways of reducing the project costs while ensuring quality and scope objectives are met
  • Schedule meetings, document meeting notes and distribute meeting notes to invitees
  • Collect and monitor progress on project activities from resources
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
  • Mentor and manage team members

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4 Year degree in an applicable field
  • 4 + Years of experience leading medium to large size projects
  • 4+ Years of experience working in AI & Analytics
  • Deep understanding of two or more of the following - semantic technologies, data integration, cloud computing, big data applications, and advanced analytics
