You are:
A fraud risk specialist who makes managing multiple, complex projects look easy. Clients and senior leaders turn to you for wise counsel during times of change, because they trust your track record of guiding organizations through big transformations. Whether it's designing and implementing fraud detection solutions of the future, integrating technologies, or sharing management expertise, you're their go-to, can-do expert.

The work:
- Assess fraud risk scenarios and work collaboratively with clients at top-tier financial services organizations to design and implement fraud risk solutions

- Set strategic goals for your team, your group, and your clients

- Adapt existing processes to solve new, complex challenges

- Collaborate with client and Accenture senior leadership and share your expertise in the decision-making process

- Take responsibility for new assignments by setting the scope, designing action plans, and bringing in the right people to get the job done

- Manage teams and/or projects, onsite with client or within Accenture

- Build Accenture brand and market presence with Banking, Payments and FinTech clients in the Midwest

- Drive sales pipeline and client relationship development for Fraud practice in the Midwest

Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of fraud management consulting experience in any of the following industries: financial services, health & public service, communications/media/technology,or resources
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the following: - Creating an enterprise fraud strategy or designing a fraud transformation program
- Assessing/designing fraud controls, including decision strategies and manual controls
- Assessing financial services products for fraud risk and recommending controls commensurate with the risk
- Designing and implementing fraud operations processes and workflows
- Performing fraud solution data mapping and data sourcing

Bonus points if:
- You've already got a CFE or similar certification
- You've implemented leading fraud technology vendor solutions like Actimize, FICO, and SAS
- You know your way around core analytics functions like model fitting and statistical analysis
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in the following: - Creating an enterprise fraud strategy or designing a fraud transformation program
- Assessing/designing fraud controls, including decision strategies and manual controls
- Assessing financial services products for fraud risk and recommending controls commensurate with the risk
- Designing and implementing fraud operations processes and workflows
- Performing fraud solution data mapping and data sourcing

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $200,000 - $205,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
