Federal - VM Infrastructure Consultant

The VM Infrastructure Analyst will perform the following job responsibilities:

  • Support multi-factor authentication systems and other data center enterprise software suites.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server systems and Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting virtualized infrastructure.
  • Plan, manage and implement security changes and improvements.
  • Automate daily end use support tasks helping decrease the manual intervention for user related issues as well as automate deployment methods as opportunities present themselves.
  • Keep operational documents up to date.

+ Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 4 years of VM Ware system support experience
  • 4 years of overall VM support experience
  • Experience in a client facing role

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT or related discipline
  • Linux/Unix experience
  • Familiarity and/or experience working with cloud infrastructure
  • Virtualized Certified Professional (VPC) Certification

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
