As the Production Support Manager you will p lan and lead the execution of a comprehensive release work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, deployment planning and resources. Collaborate with all impacted teams (e.g. Other Releases, Clients/Stakeholders) to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.
This role requires the team member to facilitate releases with on call application development support team resources.
+ Basic qualifications
- 2 years of experience in operations maintenance or production support role.
- 2 years of experience in release management.
- 2 years of experience in a java/open source technical environment
- Certified SCRUM Master
- Experience performing as a scrum master (Recording team progress in an ALM tool; reporting on team burn down metrics)
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
