Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is looking for a Senior Creative Front End Developer with expertise in cloud-native web development to join The Distillery. The Distillery is a rag-tag group of software developers and designers who will be rapidly prototyping web and mobile applications for a variety of Federal clients. We need someone who lives at the center of design and technology and understands what it means to bring something to life with animation and visual detail.

The person we are looking for has a, "Never say no attitude", understands how to make things happen quickly, and doesn't buckle under pressure; while leading and mentoring a team of developers to do and be the same. We're talking modern web development, cloud-native, and emerging tech. We want you to have an opinion about React vs Angular vs Vue. Our opinion is serverless computing is the future and need you to lead the charge.

+ Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant developer experience
  • Worked at an creative or digital agency for last 3 years
  • Experience on enterprise level mobile/responsive websites
  • Expert Object-Oriented JavaScript
  • Strong HTML5 Canvas (Animation)
  • Strong JS Framework experience (Angular, React, Vue)
  • Strong Node (Express, Koa2, Sails.js)
  • Solid experience with other web frameworks and emerging technologies like AI and WebGL


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Back-end experience (.NET, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, etc...)
  • DevOps experience (AWS, Azure)
  • Unity experience


An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
