Key Responsibilities:

Work cooperatively to enable the execution of delivery or product work by creating, implementing and managing engineering team for the monitoring backup and recovery as well as infrastructure releases. Engage key stakeholders and participate with them on monitoring and reporting progress. May have responsibilities for the financial and operational management. Wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. DEV, I&T, Prototype environment setup in the DevOps and Product Operations Responsible for providing technical support in system architecture, system design, system integration and technical management Will assist with providing technical input to the systems engineering process Will provides requirements analysis May prepare and present systems assurance reviews Identify requirements and deficiencies in hardware and software products Advise customer in product selection and use, capacity planning operations and performance management

+ Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with IBM Tivoli Monitoring, AIX and RedHat Linux, and App Scripting
  • 3 years of experience leading a team producing Operations Engineering releases to include: Monitoring, Disaster Recovery, Back Up, Performance Assessment and Tuning


US Citizenship required

Preferred skills:

  • Agile Certified

  • IBM Data Power, WAS, MQ

  • RedHat Linux Splunk

    An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
