A DOD Agency has selected ServiceNOW to be the workflow management tool to manage multiple business processes across the organization utilizing the platform. The infrastructure lead will work directly with the customer's infrastructure team to define and establish the necessary application environments to support the program. This includes defining development, test, and production environments on three different networks. Making sure the environments meet all necessary security requirements and maintaining the required documentation. The Infrastructure lead will be responsible for configuration management across the networks to ensure compatibility between environments. + Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, or years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in one of the following areas: Infrastructure, IT operations, or Software engineering/development
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience within any or all of the following technical skills: Golang, Javascript, Microservices, Agile Development, Service Discovery, RESTful Services, Kubernetes, Spark, Bigdata Log Analytics, AWS, AWS IAM, Splunk.
  • US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certification.
  • Experience working with ServiceNOW environments.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
