You Are:

The Health Innovation Delivery Program Lead will be responsible for leading our innovation agenda with our Federal Military Health clients. Including oversight of the delivery of innovation projects and collaborative activities, evaluation and scoping of new innovation projects, supporting the development and execution of an innovation partnership strategy with the clients, working with senior client leaders to shape and deliver relevant innovation capabilities, engage across Accenture s Innovation Network including AFS and LLP to align our capabilities with client needs. This individual will also play a significant role in the federal sales process as new innovation project opportunities emerge.

The Work:
  • Develop and execute activities related to end to end project management, including project plans and estimates
  • Scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment
  • Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

Qualifications

Here Is What You Need:
  • Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Experience leading innovation in a healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, public health or population health setting
  • Experience supporting innovation in for a large healthcare provider or healthcare company
  • Experience with full innovation lifecycle or innovation from incubation through testing, scaling and commercialization
Bonus Points If:
  • Advanced Degree
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience with business case development, health care delivery models, data analysis and modeling and innovation partnership models
  • Strong points of view on industry and technology trends
  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Established connections in innovation ecosystem
  • Exceptional relationship development and program management skills; ability to work with senior-level clients and diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation development and high attention to detail
  • Previous experience at startup, incubator, or accelerator a plus
