The Federal Financial Manager will support the establishment a robust Change Management effort to enhance governance and leadership engagement, formalize stakeholder management, and streamline training development/delivery and program communications for the Managers' Internal Control Program (MICP). Key responsibilities include developing an overarching Change Management strategy and plan, coordination and development of training materials for clients, establishing a communications plan, contributing to training scope, schedule, risks, quality, and delivery requirements. The Manager will need to lead training logistics for workshops, analysis and recommendations, and prepare training materials to effectively facilitate proactive resolution of problems. The team member will be required to gain a working knowledge of federal financial reporting, federal business processes, internal controls and OMB A-123, risk management, governance, and financial management systems in support of our clients' efforts to produce the Statement of Assurance.
