The work:

  • Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, minimize duplicate data capture/entry, and foster organization wide collaboration
  • Define and visualize business strategy , a nalyze data , c ommunicate strategy to leadership team and workforce , e valuate execution of strategy
  • Integrate re-engineered process with people and technology , a nalyze impacts to workforce
  • Deploy process through change management initiatives , o perate and maintain process by measuring performance Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications
  • Analy ze technology impacts and/or alternatives for proposed strategy and/or process changes


Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • One year of client-facing experience with a Federal Government customer
  • One year of business or management consulting experience
  • One year of process improvement methodology or process re-engineering such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Bachelor's degree OR four additional years of experience with a Federal Government customer

Bonus points if:

  • Experience using Microsoft Visio to create process maps
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to articulate and visualize messages


Important Information

This role requires US citizenship with no dual US citizenship accepted

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
