The Middleware Lead:

Will analyze, design, and develop specifications for enhancements and extensions with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) application interfaces and maps. Coordinate EDI testing and trading partner implementation initiatives. Provide support for EDI database analysis, design, and operations. Establish and maintain communications within organization and with partners. Conduct and manage product evaluations. Provide product installation, configuration, and training. Perform systems maintenance to update records, specifications, and operating procedures of partner systems. Maintain EDI account transaction activities.

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 years SAP PI/P/MII experience
  • Experience in PI design, code development, configuration, peer reviews and system related activities
  • Experience in interface mappings and system monitoring
  • Java modules, Oracle and ABAP development experience
  • EDI X12 experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting PI issues and improving the system performance
  • Adapter and protocol knowledge for Unix and Web Services
  • Operating System and database knowledge
  • 2 years of experience in:
    • MII development/configuration
    • Middleware shared services components
    • DLMS and MILS knowledge
    • SeeBurger EDI and SFTP adapter Experience
    • i-way CICS Adapter knowledge
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Exposure to SAFe methodology
  • DoD project experience
