The Enterprise Reporting Team Lead focuses on defining reporting and quality assurance strategies for the PMO Reporting team. The Lead also collaborates across business functional areas to harmonize reporting requirements and solutions. Role Responsibilities include supervision and coordination of work for PMO Reporting team. Acts as the primary client support contact and project manager for all cross reporting requests. Manages 5 enterprise reports. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Report Listing Database, Key Measures , and AD-HOC reporting efforts through all stages including planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to define reporting strategies and requirements. Drives stakeholder engagement and organizational change management with impacted business areas. Coordinates and supports special projects as needed, communicating the status of projects and initiatives. Works closely with PMO Leadership on all matters pertaining to reporting. Coordinates and moderates all meetings related to reporting. Tracks meeting agendas, minutes and dissemination of all necessary reports action plans in a timely manner to stakeholders prior to and after the meeting.
