Accenture Corporate and Recruitment Marketing is now looking for a strong leader to support Global and North American programs.
Accenture Marketing & Communications is looking for a Director Digital Insights, who can leverage data to provide actionable business insight. With a broad scope including social listening, analytics and reporting, you will lead a "Center of Excellence "and work closely with colleagues in marketing and communications globally, to guide and advise them, leveraging data assets from the multiple data sources and tools such as Salesforce Social Studio, Zignal and the major social media platforms. You must have the ability to be creative and interpret for the various areas of our business the value of information being provided and show them how to use it to transform their businesses.
The colleague that we seek will be a dynamic and strong business leader with a passion for data and digital technologies. They will have a deep understanding of the emerging trends and technologies and the analytics and digital ecosystem. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and vendors you will help build the journey map for our digital strategy, and inform marketing and communications operations and experience. An executive with a "can do attitude" and a clear vision that can roll up their sleeves and present clearly is inherent to being successful in this role.
You will have strong influencing skills and be able to interact at all levels of the organization from entry to C-level. They must be customer focused and able to actively listen to business needs and address those needs with enabling solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing, dynamic organization and will enjoy the challenge of being accountable for driving success. Functionally, this person will have a deep understanding of social listening to understand culture and context, inform the business and protect the brand as well as how data flows through organizations, how it is created, processed, and accessed. They will have the ability to utilize data to interpret trends, provide insights, and to set up the mechanisms to do so on an organization wide basis.
