YOUR ROLE: Digital Analytics & Optimization Consultant

The Digital Analytics and Optimization Consultant will work with clients throughout digital platform implementations to design and implement experience optimization capabilities which drive measurable lift on digital business goals. Responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and evaluating performance of optimization activities such as A/B and multivariate tests, targeted and personalized campaigns, and automated recommendations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Analytics and Target and will have a background in using these tools to drive visitor engagement and conversion as well as implementing page tagging with a WCM system.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide business expertise and direction on how clients can best leverage analytics and optimization solutions to drive business decisioning and performance
  • Evaluate maturity of clients' digital marketing capabilities and processes and deliver recommendations for streamlining efforts and improving results
  • Diagnose implementation errors and poor practices preventing clients from realizing value from analytics and optimization solutions
  • Design new or specify enhancements to analytics and optimization solutions
  • Support design and implementation of page tagging, configuration of testing and targeting campaigns, and report construction
  • Develop and deliver training to content authoring and digital intelligence teams
  • Travel Required
