Job Description

The Digital Analytics Business Analyst - Modeling and Execution will build machine learning and look-a-like models that will use a variety of structured and unstructured data to predict customer preferences and align with the right offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create audiences and segments and execute online including 3rd party campaigns using data collected from internal and external sources, including the Data Management Platform DMP
  • Partner with other Decision Management functions, Digital Marketing, Partner Management, Data Governance, Database Management and Customer Data Intelligence
  • Initiate and work in the Big Data Enterprise Analytics Platform EAP
  • Interact with client teams


+ Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative discipline is required i.e., Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Engineering or any quantitative field
  • Minimum 2 years' of financial services experience in an analytic role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Big Data tools, such as Spark, Hadoop, Python, R, Hive
  • Minimum 4 years' experience with SAS SQL programming skills and advanced spreadsheet skills


Preferred Skills

  • Retail Credit Card experience

  • Graduate degree
  • Knowledge and experience of segmentation, statistical procedures, financial modeling and analytic tools Revolution R, SAS, etc.
  • Strong analytic ability and problem solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data driven solutions
  • Extremely analytical with attention to detail who can deliver on time, flawlessly
  • Self starter and highly motivated to excel with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptive to matrix work environment.
