Responsible for collecting requirements from key stakeholders and process owners and translating those into high profile presentations.
Manage stakeholders to ensure criteria for requests are captured and work independently across multiple towers to capture updates and drive resolution.
Identify and develop data monitoring points. Develop, refine and publish relevant reports to support the overall Governance Model Build reports in easily understood formats based on reporting best practices.
Support innovation efforts to continually refine processes going forward. Manage and report on program risks, issues and track mitigation effortsCommunicate with customers on key actions Analyze data and make recommendations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
Minimum of five years experience in the following:
- Cloud Service Management
- Microsoft office 365
- Service Analytics and Reporting
- Project Management
- Excellent communications and documentation skills
