Corporate Functions - Marketing + Communications
As part of this team, you'll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You'll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: C orporate Reporting Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

- Serve as a Marketing + Communications point of contact for reporting and rankings initiatives across North America and globally to help drive innovation and improve Accenture's reputation as a global leader, responsible business and best place to work.
- Support the development and execution of proactive strategies to continuously improve Accenture's transparency initiatives, environmental, social and governance reporting and rankings performance - from goals and targets to creative approaches.
- Partner with key corporate functions (HR, Legal, I&D etc.) and business partners to identify opportunities and make recommendations to leadership, including coordinating and distilling competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
- Develop communications approaches, including messaging, and execute publication of deliverables in a timely, accurate and consistent manner - advising MU M+C teams and others.
- Support the management, evolution and continued value generation of high profile media partnerships in support of, but not limited to, brand ranking opportunities - e.g. Fast Company's Best Workplaces For Innovators.
- Manage priority external partnerships for rankings and executive visibility opportunities e.g. National Association of Female Executives.
- Support the strategy and execution of the leadership awards and rankings program, managing multiple M+C executive positioning teams to help ensure the right recognition for the right leader at the right time.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns in support of high profile, multi-market priority rankings e.g. FORTUNE, Fast Company, Glassdoor, Interbrand etc.
- Execute a unifying brand experience, and oversee the use of our brand profile across multiple channels - advertising, search, social, accenture.com (home page), talent channels and content treatment.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of marketing and communications experience with a track record for high performance with Professional services, B2B marketing and communications or public relations agency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven marketing and communications project management and execution skills, including executive communications experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and website content management tools, i.e. Wordpress.
- Strong teaming, relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Content creation (long and short form), People management, Project management, Storytelling, Data fluency, organization.
- Innate curiosity and love of learning.
- Ability to extrapolate key insights from the data to advance Accenture's strategy.
- Analytical mindset - ability to draw unique and meaningful insights from data to help advance corporate objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of core marketing and communications essentials, including communication strategy and planning, audience analysis, message development, vehicles and channels, and measurement tactics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while managing a team of marketing and communications professionals, including contractors and third-party vendors.
- Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills.

- Able to work effectively - and at speed - across functional and geographic groups.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $88,600 - $139,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
