Complex Delivery/Governance Manager - West Region
The Complex Delivery/Governance Manager is responsible for defining and standing up frameworks to manage strategic initiatives or programs and/or driving recovery efforts for complex programs that are off track. This resource understands and applies Program Management best practices for governance, metrics & reporting, and daily delivery. Provides Technology Advisory services to clients on using complex program management frameworks and value realization best practices. Drives and aligns strategic program roadmaps to deliver business objectives.
Industry Applications-CMT professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique Communications, Media and Technology industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.
CMT-Industry Applications professionals analyze, design, build, test and deploy innovative Communications, Media and Technology industry-specific solutions that enable industry standards and processes.

+ Basic qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Complex Delivery Experience (client & partner alignment, development of project plans, effort estimation, scope/change management, impact assessment, issue & risk management, escalation & communication, vendor management, on/offshore team management, program and executive status reporting)
- Minimum 4 years of Complex Program Governance (define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee)
- Minimum 4 years of Agile Program Management (backlog creation/grooming/prioritization, sprint delivery lead, DevOps, test automation, Agile metrics, Rally, ScrumMaster or Agile coach)
- Minimum 4 years of Program Metrics & Reporting (KPI definition, establish performance targets, metrics/reporting architecture, dashboard design and creation, measurement/tracking, trend analysis)
Certified SAFe Agilist, ScrumMaster
