The Complex Delivery Lead Associate Manager - Communications, Media and High Tech (CMT) - is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. Responsibilities include:
- Managing project delivery of technology solutions/applications at CMT clients (custom, Salesforce, Oracle, etc) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones
- Applying/implementing agile and devops
- Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work
- Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
- A minimum of 4 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing offshore resources
- Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.) at a CMT client
- Proficiency in a cloud technology (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
