Job Description

The Salesforce Trainer will be responsible for:

  • Developing training content including multi-media support materials that is readily accessible to users at the point of need, including training guides, cheat sheets and E-learning, etc., and support the rollout of new functionality with associated training and support materials.
  • Leading the training and coaching SFDC users for clients across multiple industries.
  • Building and maintaining training curriculums as well as ensuring workflows process are adapted into the training to ensure maximum engagement and adoption
  • Advising clients on future developments to improve the capabilities of their SFDC platform.
