Job Description:

The Category Management Reporting Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
  • Assess sell-through, product attributes, market insights, social media trends and data sources to analyze category brand performance and provide insights for business decision making process.
  • Work with different internal and external data resources
  • Create visual data representations to summarize findings and provide recommendations.
  • Engage with internal product sales, finance teams and external agencies for data onboarding
  • Correlate different data points to arrive at meaningful business insights
  • Create data tables and charts for periodic reviews
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, sensitivity analysis in consumer electronics space
  • Study research reports and newsletters and extract relatable quantitative/qualitative findings
  • Translating data into impactful insights and linking it to business issues

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years in business analysis, data reporting analytics, category management, or sales
  • Minimum 2 years of report dashboard development experience with any visualization tools
  • Minimum 6 months experience using SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, IT or smart technology products
  • Experience in product management , Go To Market or category management
  • Working knowledge of Tableau and PLX tables would be a plus.
  • Skilled in the use of data modeling and query tools using systems such as Excel, Alteryx, Minitab etc
Professional Skills Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working on a global scale ability to identify local nuances and apply differences in strategy across markets
  • Excellent communications skills, business acumen and drive alignment with senior stakeholders
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $50,200 - $80,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
