Job Description Overview:

The role of the Business Process Lead is to identify, analyze, design and deliver all process related deliverables required to help Programs meet their business objectives and to improve an organizations productivity, usually by refining strategy or infrastructure. Analyze current processes. Design functional process requirements. Create gap analysis considering current state processes and defined requirements. Reengineer and design processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, incorporate ownership, minimize duplicate data capture entry, and foster organization wide collaboration. Integrate new or reengineered process with people and technology. Deploy process through change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and drive execution for strategies for work stream
  • Partner with business leaders in developing strategies for each region
  • Deploys vision of to-be processes into their respective functional areas
  • Manages scope within their area(s)
  • Understands functions and features of SAP modules
  • Understands and communicate detailed knowledge of Lehigh Hanson's business within work stream
  • Applies business knowledge to SAP module configuration
  • Models / map business processes (to-be)
  • Collaboratively working with the functional and technical teams to develops business scenarios and scripts
  • Drives teams and task associated with performing gap analysis
  • Works collaboratively with the communication and training teams to designs and end-user training
  • Design and deliver program for support post-implementation support
  • Leads the delivery of the user acceptance testing
