Job Description :

Accenture LLP seeks an Associate Engagement Manager in Pittsburgh, PA to manage delivery of Quality Assurance team supporting large-scale transformation programs. S/he will perform the following duties: monitor, and mentor a distributed team of Systems Analysts and Programmers situated onshore and offshore; design test strategy and testing framework of multiple Data Analytics solutions, inclusive of Data Warehousing and Data Integration platforms; define standard testing architecture methodologies, processes, and reusable testing assets for various projects; estimate, forecast, and monitor budget allocated to quality assurance labors; and provide guidance to customer on innovative testing products, solutions, and methodologies. This position requires domestic travel approximately 10% of an average work week.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 4 years of experience in IT, including the following experience: 4 years performing software development life cycle activities, specifically providing quality assurance and managing distributed teams; 4 years implementing, developing, and testing data integrations solutions, using Informatica Power Center, Microsoft SQL Server Integration services, and Oracle Warehouse builder tools; 4 years of experience with data warehousing and data management techniques, using Oracle, MS SQL Data warehouse, Teradata, and Netezza tools; 3 years providing quality assurance for customer relationship management solutions, particularly salesforce.com; and 3 years of experience with Big Data management and Analytics methodologies, utilizing technology platforms such as Apache Hadoop, Teradata, and Tableau.
