Position Title:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to enable client strategies. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing module. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for the application. Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and implement testing plans. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.

+ Basic qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Applied), Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Developing the Data Conversion Strategy for the client; Designing and Building data extraction, conversion, and migration solutions using SAP Data Services (SAP DS), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), and IDOCs; Staging the legacy data into an adaptive environment and loading into SAP HANA; utilizing SAP DS to extract data from legacy systems; utilizing SAP MM and SAP PM to manage and maintain master and transactional data; Converting legacy data to SAP; Data load monitoring and maintenance in SAP HANA tables; Building BI reports using Business objects tools including Data Services, SAP Information Steward (SAP IS), Analysis on Excel, and Tableau on SAP HANA; Performance tuning on data loading process and Report execution; and, Providing solutions and recommending the pros and cons of SAP HANA with ERP systems including Oracle and Teradata.

  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
