Position Title:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to enable client strategies. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing module. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for the application. Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and implement testing plans. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.



+ Basic qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Applied), Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Performing test planning and generating test estimations employing (1) use case, (2) requirement complexity, or (3) top-down and bottoms-up methods for multi-system impacts; planning system testing cycles, including (1) application testing, (2) integration testing, and (3) supporting user acceptance testing (UAT); automation tools including QTP and performance tools (LoadRunner and Rational tools); performing Facets systems integration testing, Facets configuration testing, functional testing, regression testing, and supporting performance testing; performing Pega functional and technical system testing; leading and mentoring testing teams to complete deliverables for clients; and, application and integration testing with IBM DataStage, IBM Cognos, C# .NET web services, and Hewlett Packard Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool to associate test planning and test execution artifacts.

  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
