Project Description: Production Support Analyst in Naperville, IL
Expected Project Duration: 12 months
Acting as software detectives, Application Support Analysts provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Dedicated to quality, they use their problem-solving skills to keep our world class systems delivering value to our clients by maintaining custom and/or software application code. They work in challenging and dynamic environments.
Day to day activities include:
- Providing resolution of critical issue over technical calls including multiple stakeholders
- Customer facing skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good written, oral communication analytical skills
