Sales Enablement Manager

This is a global sales enablement manager role that aims to unleash sales talents and performances.
Reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy & Enablement, you will contribute to AB Tasty's hyper-growth by helping improve our sales expertise, materials, processes and tools.

We are looking for driven personality with coaching skills, projects management efficiency, creativeness and a natural business instinct.
Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a learning and earning path, as well as to help scale a successful startup worldwide.

This role requires traveling internationally on a frequent basis in our different offices.

What you will do

  • Work closely with the management and teams to continuously improve the sales efficiency and personal development by scaling up our sales enablement framework from onboarding, training, coaching, content, to tools and processes
  • Help onboard new sales hires by delivering content, training & workshops that speed up their ramp-up time.
  • Ensure global guidance and spread sales expertise, best practices & tips across countries, whilst giving autonomy to the teams to adapt and innovate.
  • Improve our centralization & spreading of training information, content and e-learning using our existing platforms and/or finding better solutions.Train and coach high-potential sales reps towards success through individual developments tracks and key deals coaching.
  • Be a central point when it comes to streamline & ease teams feedback loop.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and customer success teams to build the right sales collaterals and analysis their impacts.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, positioning and selling methodologies.
  • Monitor results of your actions and adapt to the sales need

What we are looking for

  • Excellent projects management skills Knowledge of Digital & SaaS environment
