As an insurance agent with AAA you will work closely within your community to build customer relationships and promote AAA insurance products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs. Suggest and sell targeted insurance products to meet those needs
  • Establishing strong customer and community relationships plus follow up with customers as needed
  • Maintaining all current licensing, agency and carrier compliance requirements
  • Creating and upholding a positive and professional working environment towards both customers and peers

What we are looking for:

  • Sales professionals with a proven track record. Experience within insurance sales preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirt with successful track record of meeting goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid persuasion and negotiation ability
  • Current P&C license or ability to obtain license within the first 90 days of employment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license or ability to obtain within the first 90-days of employment
  • Two years of professional sales experience in an Insurance environment or related industry (i.e. financial/banking)
  • Ability to navigate easily through multiple computer systems concurrently (i.e. Microsoft Office & Agency Management Systems)
  • Actively work all leads provided, generate new business and retain current Agency business
  • Professional communicator with excellent listening and problem solving skills
  • Team player who is assertive in obtaining individual and team goals & targets
