In this role as Corporate Accounting Manager you will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer AND…

·Manage Full Cycle AP, including cloud based T&E processing

·Manage Full Cycle AR and Billing

·Execute the month-end and year-end financial close

·Prepare Financial Statements, including monthly/quarterly and annual Financials with comparison on YTD, TTM and Prior Period Basis

·Update weekly reporting and KPI deck with analysis

AND have responsibility for….

·Account Reconciliations

·Expense Allocation

·Commission and Bonus Calculation

·Long Term Compensation Plan calculation and administration

·Prep work for Payroll; Liaise with PEO for payroll processing

·Preparation of Consultant Performance Metrics

·Assistance with ACA forms and statements

·Assistance with preparation of 1099 forms

·Business license and insurance policy renewals/applications management

·Development of updated accounting policy and procedures manual and ongoing maintenance

·Liaise with outside CPA firm for Tax work and Financial Statement Review

·Ad Hoc Analysis and reporting as requested

What we are looking for….

We are seeking a smart, self-motivated, conscientious individual with keen attention to detail, good time management skills and an interest in continuous process improvement-who also

·A passion for learning and developing additional skills

·An ability to solve problems with little direction or supervision.

·An ability to develop and recommend new ideas to enhance accounting and reporting processes.

·A natural propensity to work with intensity and demonstrate a high sense of urgency and positivity

·An ability to collaborate with colleagues in other functions, including company partners.

Required skills and experience:

·BA in Accounting REQUIRED

·3-5 years of Accounting experience in operational accounting and financial statement preparation

·Strong Intermediate or greater skills in Excel

·A passion for learning and developing additional skills

Preferred:

·Experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks is very helpful

·Experience implementing integrated reporting tools is very helpful
