Manager, Publisher Sales


This role is responsible for developing new relationships with premium publishers.  The primary focus of this role is to establish contact with new publishers, conduct product demos, and follow up with prospects with the goal of driving deployment of 33Across products.  The role requires an individual with a deep set of experiences building strategic partnerships in the online monetization space. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can develop and maintain strong relationships both external partners and internal stakeholders.


  • Source and onboard new premium online inventory for 33Across’ monetization platform while following the publisher screening process 
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline, prioritize leads and clearly communicate sales status to management
  • Day-to-day input into regarding potential publisher accounts
  • Ensure all publisher integrations are transitioned properly and successfully utilizing the Operations team for the quickest turnaround possible
  • Identify new leads and areas for growth aligned with new product releases
  • Train publishers on 33Across’ product and partner-facing tools
  • Analyze business results, generate reports, and build sales presentations
  • Partner with Account Management team to ensure smooth post-deployment relationships with new clients


  • Experience in developing new business, sales and prospecting
  • Proficiency in digital ad technology and/or programmatic advertising strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of and strong contacts in the digital publisher space
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic; proven track record of taking ownership and driving results for his/her business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects — work prioritization, planning, and collaboration with peers in a cross-functional setting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to identify trends and use data to back up recommendations
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • High-energy personality with superior time management skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • BA or equivalent, preferably in marketing, finance or business required
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply-side business development or enterprise sales required
