Senior Software Engineer - LogicGate
LogicGate is an enterprise application creation platform that enables employees to build apps with an intuitive drag and drop interface. Businesses can easily create solutions that connect their people, process, and data to drive efficiency within the organization. App design isn’t just for coders anymore.
LogicGate participated in the Techstars Chicago 2016 accelerator class and work out of the world renowned technology incubator, 1871!
We build technology that allows businesses to automate and track disorganized processes. Our customers use LogicGate to visually design end-to-end workflows and create configurable process applications. Think of it as an “if this then that” for companies. We are targeting large organizations within the risk and compliance space, although we plan to expand across a variety of verticals as we grow.
What You’ll Do…
As a key member of the LogicGate engineering team you will help build the core LogicGate platform. The term “full-stack” will take on a new meaning as you work with the team to sculpt magnificent UI, build a robust API, architect efficient data-sources and design a network for scaling as LogicGate’s scheme for global domination comes to fruition.
Design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art, data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems using the most cutting edge technologies. The opportunity to work with a small, intelligent team of co-founders, which pride ourselves in our ability to deliver, no matter what the scenario may be. We have worked together in other capacities for several years. We make the workplace fun and tight-knit because that’s how we like to work. You’ll have the opportunity to make a huge impact.
Why You’ll Like It…
Since the team is small, you’ll help create best practices instead of just following along. You’ll have the freedom to explore new technologies and help make infrastructural product decisions as the application and its client base grows. Our culture is fast-paced and driven by a passionate team, but allows for the flexibility you’d expect with an early stage start-up.
As one of the team’s initial hires (we’re a team of five right now), you’ll have the option take equity in an already well-funded Chicago startup.
