Our team is in need of a rockstar executive assistant with a desire to be part of a growing organization. The candidate we are looking for is a person with incredible communication skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and a drive to create. This role will be an integral part of the Sit Back Host team and, as an early hire, will be a huge part of Sit Back Host’s success.

Ideal Candidate will-

  • Master the CEO’s calendar and time, coordinate and prioritize competing commitments
  • Maintain routine correspondence and follow up on open issues on behalf of the CEO
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and rest of the team and proactively act accordingly
  • Keep an extremely high level of privacy and confidentiality
  • Assist with hiring
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments
  • Prepare and maintain internal financial reports
  • Excited to help develop our young culture


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Proficiency in Adobe Pro Suite
  • Start-up experience a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak frankly, push back when needed, and not be afraid to mkae mistaeks
