Evolve Security is looking for a full-time Business Development Manager in the Chicago, IL area to join our team!

Position Overview: Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for finding, qualifying and providing leads. The position will require working with the sales and marketing leadership to create, implement and measure messaging campaigns and adjust accordingly for success.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is interested in breaking into the fast-growing cyber security industry, with exceptional room for growth and earning potential!

Key responsibilities:

  • Calling into businesses of all verticals to prospect for new business
  • Setting appointments and product demonstrations
  • Qualifying leads within target clients
  • Lead nurturing email marketing recipients
  • Helping grow the sales team through building a scalable repeatable process

  • Optimistic attitude with a striving desire to succeed
  • Outgoing personality with strong conversational skills
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Self-starter and self-disciplined
  • Phone Skills
  • Proficient in LinkedIn
  • Proficient in email and email campaigns
  • Early stage, high growth company experience a plus
