Compliance Specialist (Verification, Data Entry, and Customer Service)

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be able to let your customer service skills shine. You will have the opportunity to contact doctors as well as customers to obtain contact lens prescriptions. You we be in charge of data entry for contact lens prescriptions that you receive. Your position will help provide the best customer service possible as you help customers complete their orders.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Contact eye care providers to obtain prescriptions for our customers
  • Verify contact lens prescriptions by processing inbound faxes from customers and eye care providers.
  • Respond to Call Center phone calls and offer exceptional customer service
  • Advise customers regarding any order adjustments

  

Training Shift:

Training starts Monday October 9th, 2017.

Training is Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Training will last for 5 weeks*.
*Please note that the entire training is mandatory.

 

Available Schedules (post training):

We're offering full and some part-time shifts ranging from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, early morning shifts a priority with some late evenings available. A Saturday or Sunday is required for the first year of employment.

Associates are eligible to submit a schedule change request 90 days after completing the 5 week training. All shifts require a weekend shift each week for a minimum of one year.

Pay:

$12/hr, and includes a GREAT incentive bonus program that enables our associates to add to their paychecks.
